Kelsie C. Leon
Kelsie C. Leon, Esq. joined the firm in September 2016. Her practice includes advising and representing estate and trust fiduciaries in moderate to complex probate, estate and trust administration matters. In addition, Ms. Leon advises individual clients and families on estate planning and business succession planning, and regularly prepares wills, trusts, and other estate planning and business documents.
Ms. Leon began her legal career at a mid-sized firm in Southeastern Connecticut, where she developed a solid background in litigation and in handling various residential and commercial real estate transactions. Complimentary to her T&E practice, Ms. Leon has extensive experience representing clients before Connecticut Probate and Superior Courts, and has successfully represented clients in a multitude of complex civil and other contested matters, including will contests, breach of fiduciary duty, summary process, partition, foreclosure, breach of contract, corporate dissolution, business and employment disputes, and wrongful death.
Ms. Leon is a graduate of Syracuse University (B.A., 2010) and Roger Williams University School of Law (J.D., 2014). Admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut, Ms. Leon is a member of the Fairfield County Bar Association and Connecticut Bar Association.
In her personal life, Ms. Leon is a dedicated advocate for the prevention of cruelty to animals and provides support to local and national environmental organizations for a cleaner earth and sustainable future. Ms. Leon resides in Milford, Connecticut with her husband, Stephen, and Pomeranian, Zoey.
